Lead Software Engineer, with a clear path to CTO.
This is not a prompt-engineering role.
We are looking for senior developers who deliberately use AI to amplify technical capability, not replace it.
🎯 Mission
- Finalize the current MVP
- Lead the next AI-augmented product release
- Design scalable backend and frontend architectures
- Integrate AI as a structural development tool
- Progressively take full technical ownership → CTO
🔧 Stack
Backend: TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Java, Go
Frontend: React, Vue, Angular
Nice to have: PHP (current MVP), CI/CD, production environments
🤖 AI in daily work
- You can code without AI
- You use Claude as a builder, architectural assistant, and bug fixer
- You delegate, verify, and correct
- You direct AI—you don’t blindly trust it
🔍 Who you are
- 4–5+ years of real-world software engineering experience
- Strong backend skills + modern frontend frameworks
- Experience with APIs, integrations, deployment, and production
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in a CTO role
- Fluent Italian, good English
