In return, you're protected on unpaid rent and damage up to 3 months' rent, maximum €3,000, and your listing gets the Zero Deposit badge, so it stands out and gets more enquiries. Available with tenants who have a certified request. Subject to requirements, limits and conditions. If you're not sure, remember that for many tenants, finding 2 or 3 months of deposit upfront is the real obstacle to renting.

Yes. Data protected and processed in line with the GDPR; you don't see the tenant's documents and they don't see yours: you both only see the outcome of the check.
